Great customer service. The rooms were well equipped. Tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and toiletries also supplied as standard.Very clean. Great breakfast.Lovely gardens with seating area. Great location within walking distance to the lovely historic town of Parthenay.

Disposable welcome, not cooked fish, very expensive service in relation to quality/priceDo not ask for service because you will feel like asking for impossible.

Very disappointed. hotel not maintained more than mediocre grey curtains moisture tasks to walls carpet stained etc.... Value for money nula not adviser
