Very good, especially for Parsons. Never expected to have hibachi here! The service is great but the eating area is outside so enjoyment is a bit weather-dependent. They use buzzers to notify you when your order is ready, so waiting in a car is convenient too. Parking: Spots are not marked, so the lot is kind of a free-for-all. Food truck but amazing. Stop for lunch when in parsons ks. Friendly staff. Not much of a sushi person when working but I always get their hibachi noodles and chicken
