Melange - Parsippany

I've been to Melange several times and it has always been perfect! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and delicious and fresh food.

I was disappointed by my experience at melange todayI'm a regular customer.

After reading online reviews, we decided to have a last-minute business lunch at this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. From the provolenta (I believe that was the name) and stuffed prawn starters to the tasty fillet and spread for the rolls, every dish was delicious. The owner even personally served us at the bar and was very attentive. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area.

The steak was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Service was a little slow but was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a pleasure

Ideal for Father's Day because the portions are large and strong. Airy high ceilings. 'Frank Sinatra' music. Very pleasant.
