Tim Hortons - Parry Sound

Friendly guy in the drive thru. Thank you. Food consistent. Grounds had lots of garbage. Several bit of Tim's Trash lying around the drive thru and parking lot. Really? Let's keep clean folks.

I felt like I got riped by our beloved Tim Hortons at this location.Ordered a lunch size chicken wrap and a smokey honey bacon BELT for myself and my partner.Lunch size chicken wrap is just the same size as McDonald's snack size wrap but charged 3x higher.Breakfast item Smokey honey bacon BELT has not lettuces and tomatoes...We got the order through the drive-thru because the parking lot is so small and crowded. It's on us that we didn't open the package to check the sandwiches before we drive away... but do we really need to do that when we are in the drive-thru? Shouldn't Tim's need to ensure they do their job correctly?I'm just super disappointed, especially since we didn't customize any of our sandwiches and still didn't get what we paid for :)Once again, it proved to us not to give business to Tim Hortons anymore.

Had some difficulties with Tim's app but the service was very kind and helpful. Especially this blond hair girl without glasses that worked on Saturday. There were some flies but it was made up by the food and drinks being were phenomenal, it had lots of flavour. For example, my blackberry yuzu that I've had the past few times were very watery even with ice, but this time when the ice all melted, it was still very flavourful, more than previous purchases. Honey crueller was also phenomenal and all donuts in there were fresh!

This place is filthy from top to bottom. Trash full, toilets overflowing, bathrooms dirty, all tables dirty counters floors doors just gross. I rarely give poor reviews but this was horrible cleanliness. Can't imagine what happens in the kitchen.

This tim Hortons has significantly improved their drivethru. Used to take forever, now it's running smoothly. Good job, management!
