J J's Garden - Parry Sound

Nice homey feeling Good service Decent prices with big portions.

Great atmosphere, incredible service and very friendly staffA very comfortable place.

My husband said he needed to go to Parry Sound for something and I told him, "only under one condition, that we go to JJ's Garden for either lunch or take out for later." We live a fair distance away from Parry Sound but we ALWAYS go to JJ's whenever we are in town. I waited a long time for this visit,...and we are NEVER disappointed. I ordered 2 of their daily specials, garlic ribs with 2 spring rolls and either rice or a noodle side dish,..so we got one of each. We also got an order of beef with vegetables, a small won ton soup and 6 egg rolls. We could not wait to get home so we had an egg roll in the car in the parking lot. As always,..they are the best on earth. The entire order was so fresh,..amazingly tasting and you always crave more. The owner and her lovely daughter gave me the best service as always and I always feel so welcome and feel like family. I wish I lived closer, this would be a weekly event or even more so. Thanks again for an amazing meal and making suggestion for our take out, see you soon ladies.

I can't believe I went off route to have lunch at this place (I was looking for a Chinese restaurant and this was the closest.) The food was awful and the two women there were rude! I have no idea how these folks are still in business in this nice little town of Parry Sound.

Family run restaurant. We love to order out and dine in. Everything is good but their huge homemade egg rolls are a must! They also do a buffet on some days/evenings.
