Had to wait for over a hour to get my food then it wasn't right and didn't get

It had a roach on the counter when we went in there for breakfast and the air was messed up tried to call management due to the cashier act like she didn't see the bug,and I have always loved Jack's the one on 9th Avenue.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Food was hot, fresh, served quick. Nice clean cozy eating area.

Just want to say the cook who made biscuits today, gets five stars.

Everything was just sloppy the burgers were all mashed down lifeless. The fries were half done y’all can do better.
