The closed dates were updated and it was due to reopen today, I tried to contact them again but the shop is still closed what a surprise. I am still waiting for my refund as I can not contact anyone at all as the shop is closed. I put through an online complaint and still no response days later. If you want to pay almost for nothing and be disappointed this is the place to go!!

Look at the cake top. They place it just like that with its side dangling over the rose icing on the side. They never called me ahead to discuss about cake top print out being pixelated.The Indian Punjabi lady at the shop was very rude and condescending. She said that she is not answerable and she is not the one to complain it about. With that kind of attitude, you guys won’t survive.Definitely won’t recommend this place if you are looking to customise the cake as there is a huge communication gap within cheese cake shop.
