Terrible service by the Rhea at the register. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not visit again. Just go 2 miles into Parowan to the Marverik.

I would first like to say that the food was great and I would eat there anytime before the incident happened. I triple payed for my order. Their system was faulty the day I went and they ran my card a couple of times and their system would not connect. I payed cash then looked at my bank account and saw that I had two pending charges. I called the manager and she told me that they would disappear. But guess what ? They did not and I got charged. When I called the manager she had me call their head office and talked to one of their heads where they told me they could not do anything for me. They said if I wanted my money back I would have to talk to my bank. First of all why should I have to go out of my way because their system failed. I asked if I could get them to just refund me in cash I don't live far away. They said no! So I other words if you go pay cash. The food is good but the heads are horrible at costomer service. So if you want to triple pay for your food go here

Passing through, headed to SLC. I was starving and needed fuel. Low and behold they had a grill that served up burgers etc. Very good food for the road, very clean, and great customer service. I especially loved the local feel and how they support the community!! I'll be back!
