Jet's Pizza - Parma

We ordered a pizza without cheese, they gave us a pizza with cheese, we asked them to remake them, and they refused, and only after 5 minutes we hold firm. they would not refund us either. lesbians.

Online ordering is a big mistake. it leans debit card payment despite giving more than enough money on the card. the payment is still on my bank activity. they call the pizza shop and they have no record of ordering and say they cannot refund the money because they have no control over the online ordering system. that happened to me twice. wait several days before the refund and my account credited back the money. text order is also a shadow. text an order and it always adds a second pizza that was not ordered. that has often happened. call the pizza shop and they say again that they have no control over the third-party text provider. I will never order jet’s pizza again. the hassle is just not worth it. too many other pizza shops in the opposite with easy, no problem order. the people at this place were always nice, so no worse willing to them. but jets company has to engage with online and text order providers who know how to provide a good service.

They put me on hold and never got back to me so I couldn't order no pizza. This is very bad for business. I'm not happy right now this is poor management.
