However, the staff now remain silent, giving me dirty looks and practically tossing my bagel into my car. I've made the decision to NEVER return to that Dunkin' Donuts again! I don't understand how anyone thinks this behavior is acceptable. I grew up believing that excellent customer service is a crucial part of the job. A simple "Have a nice day" can make all the difference.
I decided to give the place another chance and ordered an iced caramel coffee. Unfortunately, the bottom was just a layer of caramel and sugar that hadn’t been mixed in, and by the time I got to it, the iced drink had melted and turned watery. I honestly don’t know what has happened to this location because it used to be really good.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. When I arrived at the window, I noticed that my coffee was made incorrectly. Instead of remaking it, the barista simply heated up the iced latte she had prepared. Additionally, they used the wrong type of milk. When I finally took a sip of the hot latte, it was cold. I went back inside and asked her to remake it. She did, but when she handed me the new cup, it was quite unappetizing. Upon getting home, I discovered that she had used regular milk again. It seems they hire immature staff, as this isn't my first experience with rude and subpar service.
Employees here really don?t care. There was a line around the building in drive-thru and when we went in there was only one other customer in the store. We had to wait at least for 30 minutes for our drinks. That one employee started then left to sitthere until another employee noticed I was getting really mad. We had ordered 2 large iced Caramel Craze Lattes. Neither one hadall the toppings it is supposed to have for that kind of latte. Not a single employee really said anything to either each otheror their customers. One employee (not sure if she was on the clock or not) was sitting at a table playing on her phone. Even ifshe was on break/off she should have at least offered to help through the rush. My best guess is she was on break because shewalked to the back made herself a drink and slowly walked back to sit back down. She moved no slower than the rest of the crewworking in there. By the time we left the line had only move maybe 2 cars in drive-thru and the lobby had a long line and morecoming in. One of the most horrible experiences I?ve ever had at a Dunkin? will not be going back to this one ever again!
Went through the drive-thru just to get a quick small coffee. The place was empty, only one car at the location just at the check out window, no one waiting to order before or after me. I waited to order for a bit thinking maybe one person was workingor something. I would have hoped that at least someone would come through the mic to let me know they'll take my order soon, butthere was nothing. Disappointed at the customer service side having to leave, just wasted my time.
