Domino's Pizza - Parma

I would give 0 stars if I could. I preordered a delivery for a business lunch on the app. I’ve done this a million times at other locations with out a problem, but this location is a hot mess. They called to tell me they didn’t have any cornmeal for the hand tossed pizzas I ordered. They said they were getting some my delivery would only be a little late. 40 minutes later I got a call from the business I was buying lunch for that it hadn’t been delivered. I called the Domino’s to find out that their driver never showed up to work. I understand staffing supply chain are a struggle right now, but what I don’t understand is why no one was going to call me to tell me that no one was going to deliver my order! So then I made arrangements to have someone pick up the order only to find out they never made it. According to the app they did. Very disappointed with this service and lack of attempts to accommodate this order and my business.

Waited 2.5 hours and no delivery. Called them and food wasn’t even in the car for delivery. This place is a joke. Don’t offer delivery if you have no drivers available. If you’re running THAT behind have courtesy to call the customer to inform about the delay. Get this chain out of our community.

Pizza was good, that is not the best pizza, but it is consistent and works for a last minute meal.

The order lasted about an hour and a half to receive, and as it did, of course it did not look very appetizing. also absolutely crazy prices...$25 for a medium pizza and a dessert?

My tour service was quick friendly and easy I ordered online and the food was ready when I arrived. love to load in these, the staff is always friendly.
