Dunkin' - Parma Heights

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice coffee with no cream and no sugar, but they handed it to me with both. The woman at the window took it back, then returned and said she had personally made it for me. However, when I got home, it was still full of cream and sugar. Why is it so difficult to get a black coffee at a coffee and donut shop? I even asked her in line if I could have it black, and she assured me it was no problem. It’s frustrating to order things when people seem so careless and clueless. I wish they would take more pride in their work.

You'll be waiting a long time. Dunkin' is decent—drinks are good, but the donuts are pretty standard. The drive-thru wait times are consistently outrageous.

Unfortunately, this Dunkin' has really declined. I'm accustomed to long lines and slower service because of them, but lately, I've been served cold bagels and cold coffee, even after requesting extra caramel. This used to be my daily go-to, but not anymore. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

This dunkin was so great when it first opened, now it's terrible. They need to train their staff on how to better prepare the food. I hope it gets better. Whoever own this store really needs to step up.
