Kiki's Chicken Place Rancho

Ordered large kikis tots with extra sauce and cheese which made it so much better . Hot sauce is good, has a tangy kick to it . The kikis fries seem a little drier, so I'll stick with tots. Also kind of salty .. salt on the food sauce makes it a tad bit too much.

The food is usually yummy, but we are not pleased with the service. Our order has been wrong multiple times and when I say wrong , I mean the food we received wasn 't even close! Today we ordered Kiki 's TOTS with extra buffalo sauce and Kiki 's SHOESTRING fries. We received two orders of Kiki 's original fries.... no tots, no extra buffalo sauce, no shoestring fries. Disappointing.

Food is okay, just your standard fried chicken tenders with minimal seasoning. They also forgot to give me my macaroni salad, again, so I can't rate that unfortunately.

My kids love to eat here. No complain from me to eat here.

I'm a delivery driver, and this smug woman was just standing there doing nothing else and handed me the customer's cup to go fill myself at the fountain. First of all, I don't have a food safety certificate, so I'm not even approved to handle that. And if you know anything about delivery work, you know that it can be impossible to find bathrooms, so a lot of these delivery drivers are out here using Gatorade bottle. Gross, right? Who knows what their standards are in the kitchen, but I wouldn't trust them.I'd also warn anyone who is thinking of working here, because she handed over the cup with a smug smirk as if she thinks younger generations are lazy and should be her servants for 7 raspberries per hour. She took great pleasure in refusing to hand over the order. Then she claimed to have cancelled the order, but she never did, so I had to waste 15 minutes calling support to have them cancel the order manually so I didn't get dinged for it. No doubt she is a terrible boss.
