California Express Pizza

I had placed an online order for pick up at around 11am for a small pizza that was to be ready for pick up at 11:35am. At 11:34am I received a call from an unrecognizable number which I did not pick up. At 11:40am I arrived to pick up my pizza only to be told they had not even started to prepare the pizza because they ran out of 2 toppings I requested and there are five orders ahead of mine. That's why they had called (from that unrecognizable number) to inform me my order would be delayed. I asked how much longer it would take. The young man said 15 more minutes. I am currently still waiting lol and it has been 30 mins already.... I paid $18 for a small pizza that took 1 hour to make... I am not deterring you from this place. I just advise to be prepared to pay a ton and wait well over the time they give you for the pizza to be ready.

On Tuesday my boyfriend, daughter and I spotted this location after attending an event nearby. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Pizza. The spice and oomph factor was missing and I usually love this kind of halal fusion pizza. My daughter seemed to enjoy her Spinach Bread I ordered for her! On a positive note the customer service was great, so I am giving them an average of 3 stars. Will I be back to this location? Probably not, but glad to have been able to give them a try!

First time ordering from here since their recent opening. I ordered online. I called to confirm the order approximately 20 minutes later but no answer : Someone actually called me back right away and answered all my questions and verified my order with delivery information. Received my pizza not long after that. Great customer service! Pizza was fresh and delicious! Definitely will order again. Thank you

Came here for dinner with my beautiful girlfriend and her daughter after a Yelp event in the same shopping center. This location is on the corner of Center Pkwy Bruceville Rd in Sacramento, CA. It is a relatively new location but it is still good like the location in Roseville. This location didn't have indoor or outdoor dining but that's okay. We ordered our pizzas and cheese bread and waited patiently in our car. A staff member brought our order out when it was ready, which was awesome. Taco pizza: (good but not the best) Service: (great service) 8 out of 10 stars or 80%, earning 4 stars from me. Next time I'll try something else on the menu.

Because I was recovering from surgery, a friend ordered me dinner and it was delivered last Thursday 04.29.2021. I had a meat lovers pizza which was freaking AMAZING! This is probably one of the very best pizzas I have had since moving to Elk Grove in late 2015. I could taste the meat flavors including the pepperoni and sausage which were quite flavorful and generous portions. Kudos to you California Express Pizzas. I will definitely order from here in the future. I also received Buffalo chicken drumsticks with ranch dressing and a box of churro bites with icing. They were great. Unfortunately I don't recall the delivery guy's name but he was professional, friendly and represented the company name well. I had a full arm cast and he offered to help me bring items inside. Very cordial. YUMMY!
