Charcoal Grill - Parkville

I'll be honest, this place was a little disappointing. I give them credit, they make food quick, but maybe they should slow it down. Fries were over cooked, beef had the appeal of a convenience store hotdog. Portions were tiny. The child's meal had a more substantial part of meat than the full-size sandwich, maybe I would have ordered it. I think once was enough for this place.

It was great. I had to ask for toppings and spices, I feel pits should provide completely grill sauce for safe. But my Pitbeef sandwich was great, but I forgot to ask for horse sauce. That would have brought my experience up. Food: 4/5

These were the worst ribs and it happened the last time, but was always the best. Always try after a bad time because that happens. But two times in a row. The rib was very hard and the Cole was mad. I hope no one eats the cocks tonight. Do not usually write things, but felt it necessary this time.

I've been a loyal happy customer here for decades. Since the pandemic they have suffered as a small company, I have always been for the support of small local companies. On Ravens Sunday I wanted to surprise my wife w a rack of baby back ribs 16.95 whole rack only. I have 2 Racks 10 Buf wings can only buy in quantities of 10!!? Guess they didn't want to add price for ea addtnl anymore? The wings were really good, but would have used a little more Buf sauce, but very good, juicy, delicate size. The ribs were simply disappointing. Prussia 34 on ribs that were not fresh, tough, not from the bone, dry from the left over taste. Do not be sure about a rack about whether they are eaten w unless I try to slowly cook in a lot of sauce, which was always a good experience. Never experienced! The big cup of Pommes was 7.50 better. I spent over 60. I like the CG, it is rough edges, it is history of good food. Terrible to think, but not sure if I would go back after 30 years. Can not stop freshness support loyal customers coming back! I was the only car in Los, but another came for a quick pick-up over a -15 min visit. I tried to call 2x, but no answer, only aborts difficult times that at half time.

As far as I am concerned: they make the best pit beef sandwich !!Food: 5/5
