Mondiali Cafe Ristorante - Parkside

Even though we were only there for coffee, the staff were friendly and attentive. Good coffee. Pleasantly lighter interior under its new management. We did check out the menu - good range of dishes. Looking forward to trying a meal at the new Mondiali.

Went there with the family for pizza and coffee and the pizza was really nice and the coffee was really nice as well so I ordered another coffee. The service was 1st class and very comfortable surroundings.

Made a booking for Xmas lunch. Confirmed that booking on Xmas Eve. On the day we arrived to find the place deserted and in darkness. First time we have ever eaten out at Xmas trying to make things pleasant for our recently widowed elderly mother. Instead we are left in the street in 40 degrees with nowhere to go. I need to stress that this occurred on Xmas Day and nobody bothered to call us. We wont forget this debacle in a hurry. Avoid at all cost.

We were there on a Saturday night and it was extremely quiet. It was a shame because the food was very good and the service was excellent. We had the spaghetti granchio and the fettuccini sampollo - both were delicious. All meals are very generous (they gave us leftovers to take home) and extremely well priced so I hope things pick up for the new management.

This restaurant in its day was very good, but it became very dirty and jaded and the food was not good.. It is now under new management and it has definitely improved, great pizzas.and the staff are very friendly.,however it needs a little more atmosphere.
