The Breakfast Joint - Parkland

I went school shopping at the uniform store in the same strip center mall. My daughter and I were hungry and this place was opened (11am). Besides you can smell the fumes in the parking lot and it smelled GOOD. This is a small place with limited seating (6 tables plus a few stools at a bar). Its obviously family run and the cook (owner) was very friendly. My daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes $2.99 off the kids menu and loved them and I had the #1 special bagel with cream cheese with a drink or $3.49. They also offer specialty sandwiches. When in the area we will visit again.
