Waters Edge - Parkes Place

Water’s edge overall is a little disappointing the fine culinary experience was lacking lust. we ordered a tasting with wein couples to forget to bring wein for two of seven courses. ambience could do with some improvements. the restaurant had hard white ceiling light over the open bar area and warm yellow light at another place. there were hard sensor lights on the door that ruined the view of the lake (a selling point of the restaurant) when a more fitting pass. the food was average. but I enjoy the unexpected spicy ornament to all that taste!

An excellent restaurant in a beautiful location. we have booked a table after a bright recommendation from some friends. we were not disappointed. the food was highest quality and it was matched by the excellent service. this will be a must for a return visit when we travel next to canberra.

Absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend the 7 course degustation!

Good service and interesting menu. Disappointed to be waiting to be greeted and also not farewelled when leaving despite ample floor staff to do so. Some charges for pre-dinner drinks without viewing drinks menu excessively priced and bill shock at end of night.

Beautiful meal, great service in a relaxed atmosphere.
