Bidrage med feedbackWhile the prices for lunch tend to be a bit on the higher side, everything we ordered was well-presented. My friend and I like to treat ourselves to a meal here for our birthdays or whenever we feel like indulging in something delicious. On one occasion, we ordered fish and chips, but unfortunately, the fish was overcooked and dry, and the chips were soggy without any tartar sauce, which was quite disappointing. The leftover food did not go to waste, though—my chickens enjoyed it! Despite this setback, we plan to return for our birthday dinner!
What a stunning location, overlooking Mahogany Creek! This local restaurant features indoor seating by a cozy wood heater during the winter months, as well as outdoor seating options.
This restaurant is fantastic! The food is excellent and reasonably priced, with dishes ranging from $10 to $30. It's kid-friendly, has a wonderful staff, and their sharing boards are a specialty.
Always great food, always great service.A real treat in the hills.
On a Sunday drive we decided to visit By the Brook for breakfast, on the recommendation of our foodie friend Martin. We were not disappointed, and the pancackes were delicious. I have marked down because I am not sure that the maple syrup was genuine. It tasted like imitation syrup. We were unable to check with the kitchen. Regrettably I see that it is now permanently closed.
