Taco Bell - Parker

The steak power was excellent, but the portion size was a bit disappointing. They often leave out the jalapeños on the grilled steak and cheese burrito, which is a letdown.

The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and Spicy Potato Soft Taco were disappointing, possibly because it was close to closing time. The potatoes were rock hard, but everything else was great.

I attempted to get dinner while on duty but had to leave for a 911 call. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic; they held our order for us, and when we returned, they had taken a picture of our meal to remake it so that it would be served hot. Their attitude was wonderful and polite, even in the face of a rude customer. They were genuinely nice and helpful. As for the food, it was typical Taco Bell fare, so I had no complaints there.

Be cautious when ordering the nachos! I ordered the Deluxe Cravings Box, and the nachos were awful! They were spoiled, and I couldn't even eat one. I tried calling back to let them know it wasn't just for me, but to warn others, but I received no answer. Pay attention to what you’re paying for! And please, Taco Bell, ensure that the food you’re selling is fresh and safe to eat!

I usually enjoy visiting this Taco Bell, but my experience today was disappointing. My wife and I walked in and were still trying to decide what to order when the girl who took our order snapped at us. She told us it would take a while or we could use the kiosk, saying it was busy and she was the only one working. After we received our order, we noticed there were no forks or napkins included. When I asked her for a fork, she replied that there weren't any available. I had to ask another employee to get one for me. Someone needs to have a conversation with that girl about proper customer service because that is not how customers should be treated.
