Papa Johns Pizza - Parker

It took 1.5 hours to be delivered (website said 30-40 minutes when order was placed) eating was cold, workers on the phone was extremely rude when we called an hour later to get an update on our order. it turns out that there is only one delivery driver. they pay their people a living reward and they will not fight to keep workers. I also requested a refund and did not receive it. it's 3 weeks ago.

So I ordered pizza jus now and Mr door dashman Alejandro decided not to actually deliver it. 3 flights of stairs was too much and I tipped really high because I know it's a pain. Go to call store and NO ONE will answer the phone. I work overnights so thanks for ruining my meal before I go to bed. Never again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time we have ordered from here there is something missing or wrong. The wait time is astronomical. Then when you try to call the store you can never speak to anyone! Tonight I tried to call to speak to the manager and a kid answered taking about “puff co vapes” and then hung up when he realized someone was on the phone. Then i proceeded to call back 8 more times and no one ever answered. I could have made a 5 course meal in the time it took me to order, get my food (which was wrong) and try to contact the store about the issue. I have still not talked to anyone and the issue is unresolved.

If there was an option to select 0 stars I would, so disappointed. They used to own the market...Now they're slow, sloppy and not good. Bring back The OG Papa John so he can dial it back in. Save your money and buy local.

5:35 PM : your carryout order will be ready in 24 to 35 minutes.6:07 PM : I arrived to get my carryout order. It's not ready and they asked me to wait. I asked if it's in the oven, and they say it is.6:15 PM : I noticed in the assembly station that they just start making my order. It was a large order with specific items, so I was sure it was mine.For the next 30 minutes I watch my order get made, and go into the oven cook, get boxed up and then finally hand it to me.6:45 PM : they hand me my orderHad the employee been honest when I arrived and told me that my order had not even been made yet, I would have canceled it and walked out.One star review is not because this location was backed up. It's for the employee that straight up lied, or simply didn't care enough to go check if my food was in fact in the oven.
