Inta Juice Loveland Mountain View

I've been to Inta Juice probably fifteen times and this has happened a few of those times. Today was especially bad. If I pay for 32oz, please don't put 24oz in my cup. Manager: Please help your staff be able to better calculate and avoid these shortages. I could see him deliberating if he should make more, but he chose the easy path. Note to the owner: Berry Blendz doesn't have to repeatedly knock the container against the table to make their smoothies, and I have never found a whole strawberry at the bottom of the cup there, like I do at Inta Juice. Better blenders would be better for your employees and your customers. Consider the investment. Update: Raised to a 4 for the manager assurance

Horrible customer service. Today was my second attempt with the same results. First time was bad, but maybe the gentleman was having an off day. So, I gave the establishment the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Nope. I walk in at 7:05 and the employee greets me by looking down at his watch. The door was open and the open sign was lit. I'll take my business elsewhere.

We visited Inta Juice for the first time today. My husband and I both got açaí bowls and the prices were great, but I watched a worker hold and cut the banana for my bowl with his bare hands, grab a dirty towel, wipe the counter and then grab the same banana with his bare hands without washing his hands in between. No gloves. I can not imagine returning to an establishment that doesn?t require their workers to use gloves.

My request is that when sherbert is going to be used in a drink, that it be properly labeled as such on the menu. I was looking for a healthy smoothie and ended up with an overly sweetened dessert. If that is the direction of the shop, no worries. We'll come here for dessert and elsewhere for healthier smoothies.

Had a very unfortunate experience with the Parker store and it tainted my view of the company/brand as a whole. Michael Davis is very aggressive and combative and no smoothie is worth being there.
