I'll keep this brief and get straight to the point: consider going somewhere else. The selection is quite limited, the seating is minimal, and the woman at the checkout I've encountered on both visits appears uninterested in being there. The topping options are also lacking. I would rather take an additional 7-10 minutes to drive to Lone Tree and visit Yogurtini instead. While I’m not saying their products are terrible, they are rather generic and not worth the price.

I took my kids there for the first time, and we definitely won't be returning! The flavors were quite limited, and the few that were decent were not enjoyable. Most of the toppings tasted stale, and to make matters worse, the prices were higher than any other frozen yogurt shop in town. My son preferred to have his toppings in a cup instead of on his cone to avoid spills, but they charged extra for the candy in the cup compared to what it would have cost on the yogurt. Additionally, they have individual charges for specific toppings, like certain cookies, on top of weighing them with the yogurt. My kids often get the same toppings at other places, where they're included in the yogurt's weight. When I inquired about the price differences, the owner simply shrugged and said, "It is what it is." The customer service was disappointing overall.

The frozen yogurt here isn't worth the price. I ordered a cup that cost $10. What do they think they're selling? I would choose to go elsewhere when I'm looking for a treat.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The yogurt had an odd taste, and the service was unacceptable. This was my second visit, and from the moment I entered until it was time to pay, the staff was nowhere to be found. The server appeared only when I was ready to settle the bill, and she was quite rude. I was with six small children, and one of them dropped her ice cream cone right after I paid. It was just chocolate with sprinkles, and since she hadn’t even eaten any of it, we asked for a replacement. The server’s attitude was snobby, making the situation worse. I definitely won’t be returning.

Since the ownership changed, this restaurant has really declined. The fruit toppings are seldom fresh and not regularly replenished. The original tart didn’t taste like it used to at all. It’s hard to believe how pricey it has become as well. Moving forward, we will be looking for alternatives. It's unfortunate because the location was so convenient, but it’s definitely not worth a visit anymore.
