Nestled in a small storefront within a strip mall, this hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone who loves Thai cuisine. It's no wonder that their takeout business is booming, as they offer generous portions at reasonable prices. The meals here remind me of my mom’s home-cooked dishes, with fresh ingredients carefully selected and lovingly prepared, showcasing time spent stirring over a hot stove. I appreciate that they have both cucumber salad and papaya salad on the menu. The squid salad is refreshing and light, and level 3 spice delivers just the right amount of heat. Any of the dishes featuring their homemade noodles are exceptional, especially the drunken noodles. If you're feeling under the weather or just want some comfort food, their chicken rice soup at level 3 spice is ideal. My absolute favorite is the red curry with pork at level 4 spice. Always remember that your mood should never dictate your manners; be uplifting to others, as the world doesn’t need more critics. You’ll surely be in a great mood with a happy belly after enjoying the truly fantastic Thai food here!

I also ordered a side of spring rolls, which were delicious. The staff were incredibly efficient, especially considering there were many frustrating online orders coming in early and causing a bottleneck at the entrance. The two ladies at the front were polite, professional, and speedy. My fresh spring rolls arrived just two minutes after I ordered, and the restaurant was quite busy at the time. The only downsides were that the restaurant is quite small and cramped—something that isn't easily fixed—and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

Today, I had my first experience at Dancing Noodle, and I can confidently say it has become one of my favorite restaurants in Parker. For lunch, I ordered the pad thai, and it was absolutely amazing. I also tried the fried dumplings as an appetizer, which were just as delicious. However, the highlight of my meal was the two women who were serving the guests. They were attentive, offered great recommendations, and had a wonderful sense of humor. They truly enhanced the enjoyment of my meal. I regret waiting so long to visit for lunch, but now that I’ve discovered it, I plan to return much more often.
