Love chipotle, but I've been burned with small burritos at this location too many
Great place for burritos. I like the selection they offer. From carnitias to asada. I do favor getting the bowls more then a burrito but thats what's great about it. They are always very friendly and do not complain when I ask for special items. Food always on point and always seems to be very fresh. Parking is usually busy but they have drive through too! Super bonus.
It’s been over a MONTH and still, no one from Chipotle has contacted me. I even tried calling and submitted a form online. Nothing.I placed an online order and picked it up through the drive thru pick-up lane. Not only, did it take forever to get my order but I checked our meals before I headed out and saw that one of the meals I had ordered for my boyfriend looked absolutely pitiful. The salad’s contents were supposed to contain the carne asada, lettuce, and fajita veggies. It appeared to have mainly carne asada, a few soggy shreds of lettuce, and a few soggy pieces of fajita veggies. It also came with a teensy tiny amount of dressing. For $17 I was not about to leave with this looking the way it did. I went inside and asked politely for them to remake the salad specifically requesting for more lettuce, more fajita veggies, and more dressing. The cashier seemed visibly annoyed with me and she told me that the dressings are “pre-packaged” That’s nice. Now please give me some more dressing as I paid $17 I could have made for half the price (if that) at home. They added more lettuce and fajita veggies to the meal and I left. No “sorry about that” or anything. Just shoved the bowl back over to me and said, “here” I wish I was making this all up. Once my boyfriend recieved his meal, to his dissapointment, the carne asada was extremely overcooked and too tough to eat. You had to tear into the meat to eat any of it. He eventually had to throw it away because essentially it was just that inedible. That same night I tried calling the store while it was still open and requesting a refund for that specific meal. I got the automated voice system that told me no one would be able to answer the phone and to submit an online form. I did that and to this day, I am still waiting to hear back from them.
Got the steak bowl... Had only about 3/4 of a scoop of steak and about half of that was fat. Not worth the $14 I paid for the bowl.
