Bread Butters - Parker

We were hankering for a good breakfast down in Parker, and this stood out. It was busy even before 9 but we got a table quickly and the server helped us very quickly. A very large menu of all the breakfast favorites, with big portions and good prices. We got a Benedict (poached eggs, chicken, waffles, and gravy) coupled with French toast with an omelet in the middle. Very delicious, would highly recommend! We'll be back to try out more of their options soon!

Loved the prior iterations, this one not as much. Adequate food but not like it was before. They need to offer more gluten-free items like Urban Egg does. There are better breakfast places out there.

I'll start off by saying the food is great. The country skillet, or whatever it's called is to die for. The loss of the star is 100% due to the service. People waiting 30 minutes while there are empty tables everywhere, servers looking and acting like they hate their lives... I get times are tough but sheesh. I'd still eat here because the food is that good.

Breakfast was delicious, and Jessie was both friendly and efficient! Glad to see the hustle from the wait staff because this place was hopping!! Totally worth the wait, which turned out to be shorter than the expected 15 minutes. While I normally go for bacon and eggs, today was a Belgian waffle with an egg on the side for a little protein. I'm a maple syrup girl, all the best girls are, right? The waffle came sprinkled in powdered sugar, with whipped butter on top, and a small serving of maple syrup on the side so you can choose how much to use. I was concerned that I would need to ask for more syrup at first, but it turned out to be just the right amount. The waffle was perfect crispy on the outside and super fluffy inside. Egg was perfectly over easy. He said his huevos rancheros was really good, and I'll let the picture speak for itself. Nice that the coffee pot is left so the coffee drinker can refill to his hear's delight.

Every single time I've come to this place the food and service has been fantastic. I go a couple of times a month with family and never been disappointed. My son always gets the waffles and they're always great with accommodating his food allergies and substitutions. My favorite thing so far on the new menu is the Mexican wrap!
