What a lovely place this is.Situated in a wonderful location in the Forest of Dean. Very homely welcome and atmosphere, great staff and the food is amazing and at a reasonable price. We called in for lunch having visited the evening before and were not disappointed. Taste, quality and service all first class! Cannot comment on the rooms as we only popped in for a couple of drinks. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a good selection of beers and ciders on offer and a reasonable price. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
