Terrible experience. Burnt cookies and less than we ordered. Plus wrong cookies.
Every single cookie was burnt through and through all 18 cookies!!! How is that even possible???? Do not waste your time or money.
I've ordered from here several times, and each time it's gotten worse. Tonight we're not even cooked all the way through amd while I appreciate that they arrived hot they were also in one gelatinous undercooked blob. They also substituted cookies from my order with another flavor without asking. I'm done.
Cookies were just what I need after the day I had! They were soft and chewy
