They could not get our order right. The pizza was 2 hours late and ended up just never showing up. Some lady named Gloria was so rude to my mother on the phone and did not help the situation at all. Zero stars and negative 3 stars to Gloria

Today my family and I ordered pizza for over 10 grown adults. We placed an order at 6:37. We did not get our food until 8:10. A door dash driver delivered it even though we ordered off of the Lou’s website. And when we got the food it was the wrong order. Not only was I frustrated because it took too long, but also because the website said 45 min delivery which was obviously not the case. The third party driver was not to blame. The restaurant gave him the wrong order. You give him pizza and he delivers it and it’s wrong that’s on THE RESTAURANT. No matter what excuses they want to give they even labeled the box and it was still the wrong pizza). 75$ worth of pizza to get the wrong order. The manager Enrique, was rude and wouldn’t bring us another pizza in a timely matter. He refunded us the money, but yet I’m sitting in a house with hungry ppl so that doesn’t solve my problem. And the pizza they did give us was totally over done and burnt. Terrible customer service. Don’t let them tell you this is A TYPICAL. Because the low reviews say otherwise.
