Make Room For Truman - Park Ridge

We arrived for our reservation only to find a handwritten note at the door informing us that they had closed the previous day due to a bankruptcy order. It would have been helpful to notify reservation holders ahead of time. We really loved Mrft and frequented it often. We are very saddened by its closure and feel bad for the wonderful staff.

Truman is perfect for a quick snack or a lovely meal. I appreciate the menu options and the unique variety they offer.

Came here on a recommendation from son and daughter in law. Also got negative from friends. Well I don't know what my friends ate...they're very picky. But the food was very good and reasonably priced. I had Kansas city steak, wife had filet. Service a bit slow, and it's noisy, but I'll be back...

We went with 3 other couples. We found the food to be good but a little pricey for what you got. The service was excellent.

Was super busy. Server was nice, but probably had too many tables. Should expand appetizer list. Food was ok. This restaurant would not make it downtown, but not many restaurants in the Park Ridge or Edison Park area, so probably will stay open. If you don't mind driving about 15 minutes away, go to BarTucci on Harlem/Belmont--it is downtown worthy and great food.
