Holt's - Park Ridge

The steak sandwich I ordered was a little dryer than expected (I ordered it medium, which is how I usually order my steak). But other than that, it tasted fine, and the overall restaurant was great.

Wow this place is a hidden gem! Every Tuesday half off pizza (Sopressata pizza) ? Everything else is also very good. They have Birria tacos (dip them in the sauce). The waiter was also very nice. One thing I didn’t like was how loud the music was. I can barely hear anyone talking.

Just picked up our order, get home to find my kid's order was filled with half a sandwich. Called to try and get it sorted out, after 10+ minutes on hold, since the young lady who answered did not know how to handle, we finally gave up. They need to figure out how to either train people or hire more folks that can handle issues...

Food is average and no wonder we need weight loss drugs. Sandwich and fries was about 3lbs of fries. They were very good, but cut back on the portions. Service was on par! Atmosphere is what you might expect…nothing spectacular, but for Pete’s Sake…please use glasses vs plastic cups…seriously! Sorry no photos…not worthy ?

Place was great. Close to Rosemont and the food was excellent. Decent music playing but not so loud as to have to speak up to be heard. Will visit again next time I'm in town
