Bidrage med feedbackFinally got into Clean Juice. It?s a bit tucked away in the strip with Lou Malnatti?s. Didn?t know what to expect and boy were we happy with our order! We had the Berry Açaí bowl. It?s a little pricey, but big portion, so was pleased with that. It was delicious so fresh and loved the crunch texture with granola and goji berries on top. We also ordered the hummus toast. So simple, but wow has become an afternoon staple at our house (bought the ingredients to recreate). Overall, thought it was great!
I came to Clean Juice for the first time today, and I am disappointed to report it will be more than likely be my last. Everything about the experience was horrid, and it amazes me to see such a high rating for a place my entire party of five found mediocre at best. I'll be giving it 2 stars for the following reasons: For starters, everything is morbidly overpriced. $11 for a sandwich for example, and the juices are at least $10. There are very little options on the menu for those with nut allergies, and there are zero options for the juices and smoothies on the menu for those with a complete nut allergies (including bananas). Due to my nut allergy, I spoke with Joe about substituting milk in for the almond milk, but they don't have regular milk. I can't have the coconut water either being that coconuts are included in my allergy. Joe (from what I had thought) kindly offered to substitute in apple juice with my pineapple smoothie. This turned out to be a huge slap in the face, as when I got my receipt, I was charged $2.00 extra for apple juice! Joe (and the entire staff) did come off as friendly, so that's the only plus I can give this juice bar outside of the warm décor and feel inside. I ordered the Cali Sandwich with my smoothie, and it was dry and unappetizing. It didn't taste very healthy either. My entire party of five tried some to make sure I wasn't missing anything, and we were all very displeased. One of my friends had the BBQ wrap, and it was the exact same, not good at all. Not to mention, the sandwich took nearly 20 minutes to prepare and it was smaller than the size of a traditional sandwich. The proportions on everything are small, my buddy's wrap was no more than about 5 inches in length and could fit in a pocket. The sandwich was $10.99, and because I ordered only one ingredient in my smoothie, I was charged significantly more. I'd go as far as to say charging more for a smoothie because a customer has an allergy is discriminatory. My smoothie wa
I had a great experience at Clean Juice! The service was excellent and my smoothie was ready very quickly. The staff Emilia and Grace were so friendly. Overall, I would recommend checking it out!
3 stars is generous! Extremely over priced- I order a make your own smoothie and juice. The total with a $3 tip was $29. The juice was fine, but the smoothie tasted like slushy water. The staff wasn?t friendly and slow. Seemed like an inconvenience that I was there.
Very disappointed with the service. Seems like staff is young and new which is fine but when the manager who is older seems experienced just ignores a customer after 2 requests about a drink mistake that is just rude. Then when asked she says she wanted to believe her staff. Okay but what stopped you from talking to the customers waiting outside. Especially if the customer came in twice with the expectation drink is getting made. It wasn't busy during this time either so it's not like she was overwhelmed.
