Szechwan Chinese Kitchen - Park City

I love this place. I checked if they're open today. They were! I drove the 58 minutes up here, pulled in the parking lot and see that the open sign is lit. Go in to get space and take its only with the dining room opening around 5. Super disappointed. Please update your hours accordingly.

Today at 2:50. We went to the restaurant and stood at the host's booth. An employee went from us, did not greet us or told us something. She puts a sign on the door, then just drop a menu in front of us. A customer also comes to complain that the server was not on her table. I'll go back to read the sign and say the dining room is closed, just get out. I'll send this to my husband, and he'll ask the employees if he's out, and they said yes. We didn't order and we won't be back. The staff was rude and the restaurant smells loud. It used to be a great place.

I've been here for many years. Today I arrived at 2:45. They usually eat until 3:00. I stood at the reception for a few minutes and was never greeted. I then saw a lady sitting already asking an employee if her server knew they were there since they had waited a very long time and would like some water. Then a woman from the back kitchen ran past me to put a sign in front of the front door, which said they were just pulling out. I then asked if the dining room was closed and got a very unfriendly?yes?. That's it. You didn't want my business. It makes me sad to write this criticism, but something is very wrong with this place. It smells like an old K-Mart inside and the staff is not happy. The food could be good, but if I were you, I wouldn't risk it. Here's a fork. They're done!

As a family that eats a lot of Chinese food, it is our favorite type and we always try what new Chinese places are around. This is the best Chinese food I ever had, the orange chicken is amazing, little spicy, but delicious. Amazing service, constantly checked and visited, as necessary, even the manager is about help and greeting and review for customers.

We had a party of 40 last Sunday and ordered take out. They were so great to work with in placing the order earlier in the week and figuring out what the best amount would be. When my husband picked up the order he said the were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They packed the food so great and he wasn?t worried about anything spilling. They even offered to help load the food. Once we got the food set up, everyone loved it and we had no complaints. The amount was more than enough, and they even packed up plates, Individual packs utensils napkins and fortune cookies. We will for sure be ordering for future get togethers along with dining in. Thank you Szechwan Chinese Kitchen for such a great experience and delicious food.
