Sushi By Rob - Park City

Rob was outstanding! Hosting a party of 11 kids can be challenging, but Rob handled it effortlessly. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rolls were inventive, the nigiri was delicious, and the salads were flavorful. Thank you for making our evening so memorable!

Having lived in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles and tried many great sushi spots, Sushi by Rob is definitely one of my favorites. Rob has created some of my favorite sushi dishes and his presentation is always top-notch. I have been to several events catered by Rob and have always loved his sushi. I highly recommend Sushi by Rob to any sushi lovers out there - it's excellent!
