Mariposa - Park City

We always ate at Mariposa before the pandemic and enjoyed it immensely. The last trip in March 2020 there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the food and the presentation. Evidently the restaurant had been sold and there were some rough edges. We return last night to find that it was as good or better than before. We had the six course tasting menu and it was outstanding.. the service and atmosphere in the restaurant are first right. Would highly recommend for a splurge evening as it is a very expensive tab!

Wait staff absolutely on point and every item was perfectly prepared. Highly recommend the 8 course meal. True fine dining experience here in Deer Valley.

Exceptional food and service. We opted for the 8-course experience paired with wine, and each course had a delightful twist. From the simple salads filled with nutritious and flavorful ingredients to the exquisite wagyu beef, everything was remarkable. Our server, along with the support staff and manager, were all outstanding—professional, courteous, and enjoyable to converse with. We were celebrating a birthday, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a special occasion.

Beautiful ambiance, delightful wine tasting, and a six-course meal. Parking is available in a secure lot after 6 PM.
