The room set up was perfect and her planning suggestions were helpful. I especially appreciated her quick response to every email I sent. Hearth and Hill is one of my go to reliable restaurants for drinks and ambiance. Their cocktail and wine menu is extensive and never disappoints. I had an amazing gin sour with lavender that was possibly the best cocktail ever. It’s very well decorated and furnished. As for the food I would say it’s a little hit and miss. Fantastic Brunch! And they do a great job with gluten-free items. My husband has celiac disease and we were amazed at all the wonderful brunch items that he could have. We especially enjoyed the cauliflower and the Spanish Tortilla! Thanks for the great service from the superb sommelier, chef and server! (The gluten free chocolate brownie and ice cream were also a big win!
This is a favorite with the locals in Park City. While it can be busy during the tourist season, it's often easier to get a seat here than the downtown eateries. The food is excellent and the craft cocktails amazing. The shrimp shumai is one of our favorites. If you sit at the bar, it is a good place to enjoy sports.
