Grappa - Park City

Took my mom here for her birthday, the food was excellent and the service was top notch. I will definitely go again next time I pass through park city

Hands down this place was fabulous, next time the wife and I are in Utah will make sure to stop by this place. Food was amazing and the service was on point. From the servers to the host it was perfect. I highly recommend Calamari appetizers the sauce is so good, NY strip steak was perfect and the desserts to die for

My wife ranks this dining experience as tops in Park City. But to be fair, we have a few more to try. But it’s great. The food is great(salmon and brussel sprouts are way good). Service was exceptional.

Grappa is an institution that has let its guard down. At the price point being charged, Grappa should deliver excellence; it does not. I am going to spare the ambiance, and service, both are impeccable; in lieu I will focus on the food. The calamari app is outstanding, the caesar acceptable (I am not a fan of unchopped salads, I despise this trend and presentation) becuase it had tiny chunks of parm, not shaved, 1 little white anchovy, and miniscule amount of dressing. I know this restaurant can do much better. Heritage pork chop was excellent-perfectly cooked. But, it was served over a brothy bean dish and the beans were pretty uncooked and hard. The waiter stopped by and mentioned it to the kitchen. Promptly comped a desert. My wife ordered a simple grilled salmon (med-Med rare) was cooked thru and on the dry side.
