Billy Blanco's - Park City

So at first I didn't leave a review because I didn't want the details to harm the business since I really enjoy this place. And when the owner reached out because of my 2 star review, I sent them a message. But 5 months later, they have never responded so here it goes: Let me preface this, we went in around 4:00. There were maybe 3 other tables there. Not busy at all. 1. The basket of chips that are given to customers, every waiter or worker that would walk by where they are kept, would grab a chip from one of the baskets and eat it. 2. A basket of chips fell on the ground, it was picked up and placed back on the pile of other chip baskets. 3. Our drinks were constantly empty. 4. The Mahi I ordered with my taco salad was so dry. 5. The taco salad was not good at all. 6. 2 out of the 3 tacos that were ordered, again, the meat was very dry. 7. I asked for a box for my taco salad since I didn't eat it, please see the picture attached. Not sure how he thought it would fit. It's almost like he found the smallest box possible. 8. When the card machine was brought over to pay, our waiter had selected 25% as a tip. He was nice, but not worthy of 25%. On a positive note. The queso was very enjoyable. But unfortunately, we probably will not be coming back as this was such a disappointing visit especially considering we drove almost an hour to get here. I just had lunch was totally ignored by our waitress, no refill. Everyone around us got served nicely but us. Sadly 1 star review food was also meh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sierra couldn't have been a better bar tender if she tried. She has true enthusiasm and a pleasant, outward personality. Lucky to have met her.

Not bad favors, I'll definitely be back when traveling around park city. I ate the red/green enchiladas and they were yummy.

Super fun, unique atmosphere and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend! Very good with dietary restrictions as well! Dietary restrictions: They had options for the Celiac and the dairy free person in our group
