Received excellent customer service and fresh coffee; however, the donuts appeared quite old and were excessively hard.

Baked goods always super fresh, very clean bathroom, think it has new owners doing a great job.

Good food if you wait for 15 minutes.It's always slow. I've come in many a times and seen lineups that don't move for 5 minutes. I can mobile order 5 minutes in advance or more and it STILL isn't ready. I get it's a busy location, but come on. Hire more employees. Get speed up. It's always a busy location, so running out of food components shouldn't happen either, you should be able to see when you're running low and start making more.

Wait time is too much even at 8pm while no one is around, waited for 5 mins to get my order and it was wrong , I couldn't say them I was in hurry .... I don't believe 3.8 rating is legit .
