Bachir - Paris 3e Arrondissement

The bachir ice cream is an incourtable street in Rambuteau. Their achta fragrance is creamed with milk and coated with crushed pistachio. This pot is the classic size, which can contain 3 balls, which is already very consequent view the high taste and the richness of these ice creams. I have tested the achta, almond and ripe fragrances, and can only recommend you go to this glacier for a gourmet break.

I wouldn't say this is the BEST ice cream I've ever had in my life, but I definitely think it's worth a try! I had their original orange blossom flavor and I liked it. I didn't taste orange blossom THAT much though it was quite...subtle, but the ice cream itself had an interesting texture and it was also very creamy and had a fresh milky taste! There is always a queue but they're very fast and efficient so you don't really end up queuing that long, so that's not really a problem. Overall I liked it and I'd recommend it!

My partner’s a big fan of ice cream so we’d saved a few highly rated places to try out, Bachir being one of them. Perfectly nice staff quick service but the ice cream itself is pretty average Not bad at all but not...worth the hype in our humble opinion

If you like Pistachio nuts, this place is the ultimate pistachio dream dessert. Order your pistachio ice cream with tons of pistachio nuts on top of it and Thank me later. You may find a queue outside but they have a great system to make...sure that you will never have to wait a long time for your treats. I have never tried any other flavours so maybe give it a go and review it here.
