Cody's Gastro Garage - Paris

I tried this place, was just passing through and decided to stop and it was one of the best burgers ever! Maybe even the best! Definitely will come back (road trip from SLC, UT) just to get another burger!

The fries were SO GOOD!! I also got the cheeseburger and it was delicious! Highly recommend.

I just paid over $21.00 for the worst food I have ever eaten. The cold, slathered-with-trans-fat-margarine English Muffin hadn 't been properly toasted and tasted like raw dough. I wanted wheat toast, but they were out--no biggie. The potatoes were dry and tasteless. I had a bad experience here once before and only went here because the much better restaurant down the road was extremely busy (I now know why); and the prices there are about half of what Cody 's charges! I knew better! I will NEVER go to Cody 's Restaurant again. It is a total rip-off! I am a local and feel very irritated about it right now.

We have driven by here for years and always wanted to stop in. I can't believe is never recognized it was the same Cody's as in Garden City. We had been to Cody's in Garden City once, just once. The Cody's in Paris had a smaller menu. I think this will be our one stop at Cody's in Paris too. I really want this chain to be good, I really do. But every time I've eaten there I'm disappointed. The food seems cheap and poorly prepared. The atmosphere is nice. The staff are sweet. The food is just comparable to a Chilis in an airport.

I have tried to get takeout at least 4 different times from this restaurant. Either the phone doesn 't work, they are out of propane, they are out of supplies, ingredients, an excuse every time. They need to get Gordon Ramsey up in there to fix all the issues that are going on with this place since they reopened .
