Le Cercle Rouge

Decided to taste the local cuisine, found a small bistro restaurant. it was quite empty, which was a little disturbing, but was greeted by a nice French lady I had suspected had the place. ok, I know we were in france, but there were no English translation menus and we speak very simple French, but the dame tried to translate her best. at the end we went for a set menu, which was by the way very expensive, so that I expected really good eating. what a disappointment! the starter was kind of okay, but the head was horrible. the steak was stretchy and full of fat stripes, it was obviously cheap steak. the carrots and the others. cheap drinks (which is the same in paris) we decided to skip and leave the desert. it is not about expressing our disappointment as it would have taken all night. we were calculated for the complete meal, although we did not desolate what a demolition 75 euro for 3 small drinks a cooked egg on some brothcrumbs and a rubber rod for the two of us. not impressed by this place, may fit others, but not for me.

When we arrived at lunch (1:00 a.m.) we were the only diners there that were a bit disturbing. but eating was pretty good. for dessert was the mi-cuit chocolat with karamell excellent. it is easy to go to this unpredictable place, but it is worth it. a stop.

Un bon petit resto bien calme, sympa, où l'on se sent bien !Nous avons bien mangé, et été bien accueillis !Formule du midi complète, adaptée, j'ai pris des pennes très bonnes et mon ami un Parmentier copieux. Voilà j'y retournerai.

Belle découverte, la cuisine vraiment excellente et simple. La terrine faite maison extraordinaire!!! Et le service impec. Très bonne soirée, je recommande!
