McDonald's - Paris 10e Arrondissement

We stopped by here for a quick snack. Used the self service table service and then waited for the food. When it arrived the order was wrong and some items missing, one being a tea. When we asked where the tea was, we were told they had ran out! No mention of this when we ordered and yet they still took our money. Eventually someone said they had tea and that it would be brought to our table. what arrived was a cup with hot chocolate in it and a tea bag on the side. How can you make tea with hot chocolate.

Stopped here for dinner around 9pm and it was surprisingly busy and somewhat chaotic. Staff were somewhat rude and appeared to mock each other and/or customers. Ordered on the touch screen machines and specified that I wanted a McChicken burger meal without sauce on the burger, returned to our hotel in the vicinity only to realise that the chips were stone cold and the burger was smothered in sauce, and they had instead taken out the lettuce not at all what I ordered nor what was printed on the ticket. We walked all the way back to the restaurant and explained that they had got the order wrong. Luckily the man serving was apologetic and I was very quickly provided with a replacement burger cooked to order this time, with piping hot chips. They made a good turnaround I must admit, but the initial service was terrible and such a mistake is not acceptable.

Fast food American style, burgers and fries with the same menu and quality that you always find at McDo. Better burgers elsewhere.

I went for a early dinner with my husband and our 3 chiildren to a Mcdonald in Saint Martin branch in Paris and experienced the worse service I've ever had in any restaurant. It began when we reminded the young woman who was serving us that she forgot to provide us with a spoon for the ice cream. She was clearly annoyed at our request in eglish and said something incomprensible in French and appeared to mock us with her collegues. Soon after we had to return to reuqest the mayonese we had ordered, as the sachets she provided were clearly not mayo. At point she became increasingly agitated when we insisted in english that this was not mayo. After we returned to our seat she imediately came and sat near us to eat her sandwhich. She then engaged us in a robust argument regarding the previous mayo incident which became increasingly loud and abusive. We were astonished to be treated in such a maner and all this was witnessed by 3 very young children which became increaslingly uncomfortable for them and us. We were unable to finish our meals as by this point we had lost our appetite due to the tense situation. We requested to speak to the manager but were told in very rude terms that there was no manager and that she didn't really care if we filed a complain with their head office. We have eaten in countless Mcdonnalds all over the world but have never been treated in this manner, specially in a restarunt that prides itself on being family friendly.

11 di mattina. Poche persone. Faccio l'ordine e vado a ritirarlo. Mi dicono di sedermi in sala. Dopo 20 minuti mi portano un vassoio che coincide con il mio ordine (39). Non c'entra ASSOLUTAMENTE NIENTE! È tutto diverso. Ma da persona gentile dico tra me "mah poverini si saranno sbagliati, non facciamoli sentire degli imbecilli già di prima mattina". Dopo altri 20 minuti arriva una cameriera tutta impettita con un altro 39, gridando che quello non era mio ed era di qualcun altro. Io le mostro il ticket del 39 e lei continua e insiste, urla altri 2 minuti e se ne va. Il PEGGIOR TRATTAMENTO MAI RICEVUTO. SBAGLIANO E TI FANNO PURE LA SCENATA. Veramente pessimo.
