Surfing , good cuisine but deplorable service regarding price

The food is good but NOT gourmet as they boast!! The dessert was almost sickening! (a soufflé that is too sweet). The decor is really beautiful, with real flowers on the tables, very romantic. The service was really poor, we waited 25 minutes at the table before the waitresses gave us the menu!!! This is unacceptable, with 3 waitresses in the room, and they almost apologize while bursting out laughing! Hard! The waitress brought us an already opened bottle of wine... And the best part was that I called on the phone to ask them to bring a candle with the dessert since it was my friend's birthday, she told me that she had noted it. Well nada, nothing, no candle with dessert!!! If you want to have a nice evening go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!
