It is a WOW from the moment you intervened a warm and effective welcome in a minimal aesthetic atmosphere with perfect blankets for each dish served! The manager was very informative and made you comfortable at the beginning of the dinner. The food was like a heavenly journey from beginning to end, the flavors burst the seasonings were on site and each detail was concentrated as each dish was served. I loved the lobster and the Saint Jacques shell in fact, I loved all the dishes that made him a compelling reason to return to Paris for dinner in Pages! Thanks for making my birthday an exceptional moment in your restaurant. Congratulations to your team for the impeccable service and the chefs you deserve another Michelin star! The lady manager was v informative and made you feel comfortable from the beginning of the meal. The food was like a celestial journey from beginning to the bright end was the flavors of seasoning were spot on n each concentrated detail that each dish was served. I loved the lobster.
A leader every day. The fusion of Asian aesthetics and French products. The menu is a wonder for taste buds. It is not a chef who spends on television but in his restaurant in contact with the guests and he feels in the plate. Nice variety. Imagination.

53. Follow my Michelin Star Marathon in Paris The difficulty of meeting in the middle. Or the beauty of wagyu... The segment of Japanese chefs and high French cuisine is incredibly competitive. But succeed in being in the middle of the two kitchens. It's even harder. I found the amusing mouth very abusive (see photos). The first one is on a Japanese spoon. The second is on a handmade plate. This plate was created by a Japanese artist living near Paris and using French soil.... And the last one is more classic. And then you gave the wagyu... Japanese foie gras. How French and yet completely Japanese. The mood/dress code is Zen and class. I was next to me one of the richest men in France completely incognito and on the other side a couple enjoying an excellent lunch. The focus is on food, not on people or decor. So everyone can enjoy it. Business to lovers or just friends. It's a very solid star. My experience: I liked it, you understand where and where we want to come. Very good restaurant, pleasant reception and quality dishes!! Resurrection of the tasting menu at the blind, we have taken a lot of pleasure to taste all the dishes! We also appreciated that we were offered carafe water already gasified instead of bottle overconsumption! We'll be back.
