Came here to try the hot mamba based on old yelp reviews but didn't find it on the menu so unfortunately must have been cut from menu.
I had been recommended to come to East Mamma from several people and finally came here for a lunch meeting.
Okay, okay. It's okay. As a senior Parisian, I usually avoid plebiscities in the magazine T...A or the weekly F...E. they address the bobo crowd, looking for "ambient" and "creative cuisine," what do you want. as they were very positively evaluating this joint, I decided for several months to keep me away, even if I go through this street every week for personal reasons. Well, it's the month of August, there's nothing to do in the city except to venture. So this Wednesday I was in the corner, there was no queue (they don't take a reservation) so I entered and got myself placed at the counter, near the open kitchen. Buffy, noisy, hot. I wanted to leave. But there was this huge Italian - the chief? - shouting orders to his very obedient Italian crew, he looked fun. . . I ordered a calzone, pizza stuffed. They only have pizzas and pasta, so it's a very short menu. It was worth waiting. paste, crispy but mellow, cheese, melted with tasty tomatoes. And something else (weeds?)... you do what you want, but I'm going back. east mamma street crozatier there is a large eastern grocery store, saba. )
Incredible food (graces and pizzas) but a long waiting to enter the restaurant. However, the dishes are really tasty.
