Chez Papa - Paris

Exceptionally exquisite food and drinks! the duck was amazing, the apple desert was very tasty and the service was great

This is an acute French family restaurant, not unusual, but cozy. the menu is rich and varied and offers fresh local food and excellent wines. I can recommend roasting, but everything else I tried is excellent!

The food was great. we were there early for Paris restaurants and they didn't look at us as if we were crazy to eat dinner before 20:00, which was nice. no one in our party spoke French, but the waiter spoke...above broken English, that we ordered in the position to eat and enjoy a delicious meal. we looked at ourselves a second time in paris, but ultimately decided to try some other restaurants. but it was good enough to go back.

Eating with a group, worst food we've had for a year, at least. Starters was supposed to be rabbit, not sure if it was ever alive at all. Main was salmon, although we think it had been in the trashcan for a week. Grumpy staff,...mediocre wine. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The owner BEN his right hand man Riccardo were a lot of fun. The entre of eggs with a sauce of blue cheese or chorizo were excellent really could do you for a main course. The cassoulet was good but a big boys...meal. All in all a great night out well worth the visit. Don't have a big lunch before visiting.
