Brouillon - Paris

Excellent latte au lait d’avoine et surtout leur offre de cookies et gâteaux est une tuerie. Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et m’a expliqué les recettes qui sont toutes plus originales les unes que les autres, j’ai longtemps hésité entre leur cookie au tahini et celui au chocolat chaud (oui oui ça existe apparemment! , celui au tahini que j’ai pris était vraiment délicieux. En plus on peut se poser pour travailler car l’ambiance est très calme. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, il faut plus d’endroits comme ça à Paris!!!

Brouillon is fully plant based but not mentioned in their website nor their insta as they don’t want to be put in a box (can understand). The menu’s on their website where they offer hot and cold beverages. They also do some pastries (mainly cakes and cookies). The place’s a bit small so it’s for big groups. 4 people maximum would be okay but during rushing hours, it could be hard to find a seat. It closes at 6 pm 14€ for a latte, a cappuccino and a banana bread which is ok Paris. #Veganuary Updated from previous review on 2024-01-20

Great spot for coffee. Great welcome ând atmosphère. Will return.

Really great service. Wish there was more food options. I had the rhubarb chickpea hazelnut dessert and a hot chocolate. Very delicious!
