This is a great restaurant for meat lovers. A small restaurant with simple presentation, you get to choose your cut of black angus (or order duck, pork, or chicken), plus an entree and accompanying potato dish (the gratin dauphinois was delicious). The meat was cooked to perfection, with a light rock salt rub. Excellent value for money.
Food is amazing here- price is worth it! go if you are nearby. the potato leek soup is really good, as well as the flatiron steak!
I went with friends for dine, the staff was very polite and they helped with menu explanation. The meet was good but not special and the bill a little to big comparing the meal.
When I walked in at 7:30 I was told there were no tables available as they were all reserved but I could eat at a stainless counter facing into the kitchen. Almost all the tables were empty at this time - I left at 9:45 and there were still 3 empty tables outside and 5 more inside out of about 20 tables that no one had ever sat at - I also saw the same employee tell a couple of African descent that they had no tables available. The food was okay - not fabulous or anything - and their disdain for anyone other than white couples - makes this a no go - also you smell of meat when you leave - they have a ventilation problem
