Margarida Café - Paraty

I was not sure at this place because they have many pizzas and many not pizza dishes are cooked in their wood oven and I was nervously cooked from cross contamination from the pizza there. It was super busy and had live music, so I had a chance. We had about 30 minutes waiting, you can order drinks while you wait. I was surprised how good the food was. There were a few options (salad, ribs and group fish) that were already completely gf /dairy free, but I decided on the salmon and shrimp shell. The server was super knowledgeable, made a few changes to make it gf df and recommended to cook it in a separate pan instead of the oven. I've been completely withdrawn as well. It feels great the next day, so no cross-contamination. My husband (not gf) had the ribs that MASSIVE was and looked amazing. The restaurant is also very beautiful, great aesthetics. I understand why it's so busy. Very recommended.
